Our Refunds Policy

This page describes how we calculate refunds. Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. Some notes about refunds:

When you send your item back to we'll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment you made to us.

How Refunds Are Calculated

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.

Senn Sports Limited will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:

As long as the product has not been fitted and is returned in its original packaging we will refund the cost of the product and the delivery charges to you.

Where you are returning an entire order, we'll refund applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred we will refund only standard postage charges for items delivered outside the UK

where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.

We will not refund the cost of returning the item to us in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.

Items returned under the 7-day returns guarantee

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase under 7 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

NB: As long as the product has not been fitted and is returned in its original packaging we will refund the cost of the product.

Delivery policy

  • Most orders are completed and delivered in 3-5 working days unless specified. You will not be informed if we have to order a part in (unless you contact us) and can take upto 14 days to dispatch. You will be informed if an item will take mare thean 14 days to deliver.
  • CARRIAGE CHARGES are as shown in the Shopping Basket when the correct delivery region is selected.
  • Orders being delivered to other countries where carriage/shipping charges are listed as £ 0.00 then these will be advised at time of order via email or phone and vary according to weight, size and destination.
  • Goods must be checked when received.
  • Damaged items OR missing items MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving the order NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Surcharge Items sent back for credit which arrive back damaged due to not using the boxes in which they were sent will simply NOT BE REFUNDED
  • Items damaged using our boxes. Every effort is made to ensure that the item both leaves and comes back to us undamaged but it is the purchasers responsibility to insure the item if they are returning it. We will at our discretion collect a surcharge return at cost using one of our couriers. The standard insurance of those couriers will apply. Details upon request. It is your responsibility to choose the method of return and weather to take additional insurance.
